Abstract
This research deals with a detailed definition of the Universal Qur'anic Discourse, as well as some definitions related to the concept of Qur’anic Discourse, in order to prove the authenticity of this concept in our civilization Qur’anic heritage. The research followed the inductive approach by remarking the Qur’anic verses related to the Universal Qur’anic Discourse to reveal the topics related within it by following a proper guidance and reference from the scholars of Tafsir, to show the interest of the Holy Quran in this issue. While through the analytical method, this study extracts the objectives and pillars of the Universal Qur’anic Discourse. The research concluded that this research conveys is that Muslims need a holistic explanation regarding concept of universal qur’anic discourse. As some Muslims believe that the Qur’anic discourse is directed specifically to them and not to all other humankind whilst its actually meants to universal. It could also be understood from the research that the overall purposes of the discourse revolve around three meanings, which are belief, worship, and ways of life.
