Abstract
The subject of the study is "The memorization circle - the problem of deviation and its role in maintaining intellectual security in society", which prompted the researcher to this topic because he shed light on the Holy Qur'an, and from it we derive our faith, and because belief and thought are linked to what one believes and owes, they are inseparable and cannot be differentiated between them. Hence the problem of the study; The Holy Qur’an earring is a safe haven for those who wear it and a means of salvation for those who hold on to its collar; intellectually, educationally, behaviorally, socially and culturally,Hence the problem of the study. The Helaq Al Qur’an is a safe haven for those who wear it and a means of salvation for those who hold its collar. The problem of the study from an intellectual, educational, behavioral, social and cultural point of view also comes from a fierce campaign that the Qur’anic circle suffers from, and it tries to belittle it sometimes, and bias it sometimes on flimsy pretexts. Therefore, the study aimed to reveal the effective role that the Qur'anic circle plays in maintaining intellectual security. The study concluded with some results, the most important of which are: The Qur’anic episode was affected by many negative factors, the most important of which are: violent attacks by its opponents through the media, fear of helping the left, administrative and financial weakness, the reluctance of young people to join it, and the emergence of corrupt technology means. And that there are two possibilities for the future of associations, and they are the continuation of the current situation without much development, or prosperity and development, and each of them has its causes and manifestations.
