Abstract
This research examines the concept of the Caliph and Succession in the light of the Holy Quran through an objective analysis that explores its meanings and dimensions, including religious, social, and civilizational aspects. The study addresses the misunderstanding of the term, as many limit it to a political perspective while overlooking its broader implications. The research highlights the importance of presenting a comprehensive Quranic vision, correcting misconceptions, and linking Quranic concepts to reality. It aims to analyze the meaning of Caliph, differentiate it from Succession, clarify the Quranic conditions for Succession, and explore its various dimensions. The study employs an inductive and analytical methodology, examining relevant Quranic verses and extracting their meanings. The key findings indicate that the Caliph in the Quran is not merely a political ruler but is responsible for fulfilling servitude to God, establishing justice, and reforming the earth. Furthermore, Succession is conditioned upon faith and righteous deeds, and the failure of nations to meet these conditions leads to their replacement. Thus, the concept of Succession necessitates adherence to God's guidance to achieve empowerment and stability.
