Article Processing Charge (APC): An Article Processing Charge (APC) of RM1,000.00 applies to each accepted article. Payment must be made online through the E-Pay UM portal, using the reference JDBE “ID”. Please note that only payments made through the E-Pay UM portal will be accepted and processed.
